On some fights (take the lich king for example). You arent always targeting an attack able mob, but its still usefull to be able to see your bars (potions or whatever). I use heroic throw quite often but dont have enough keybinds to be able to keybind it.. so i click it. and holding ctrl down isnt always an option.
