As quoted elsewhere,..."has not been properly updated to support the changes to the chat system in 3.2 with regard to player name coloring, and is incorrectly hooking chat functions.

any chance you could update libwho library of your addon?it is supposed to clear issuses with /who being useless after while

Is there any hopes of a feature for SpamSentry to define custom filters? Maybe even custom filters for specific channels (like block out certain messages from appearing in one channel, but not another)?

Would really love to have one.

recently this gold spam message has started showing up in the LocalDefense channel:Although I've set SpamSentry to check LocalDefense, this message passes through. Could you adapt the filter so that the message doesn't show up anymore?

Forgive my idiocy.. it says "Below this level".. what a nub I am. I've set it to 2.

I love Spamsentry, it works well, except that the setting that says filter by level doesn't seem to work.

I still get he gold seller whisper from the level 1 dwarf warrior (or whatever) that usually says "Hi, are you there?"

Of course if you reply, you get "We have 3000 gold on this server would you like to buy some" or similar.

I can't see any valid reason why a level 1 character would whisper me from half a world away, so I'd like to know, have I got it set wrong or something?

Just a quick question;
I was using an older version of SpamSentry. However, whilever it was enabled, Friends, Guild, and such lists wouldn't dynamically update when sorting was changed. I had to close and reopen, or scroll the box to get it to update. Is this issue fixed in the current version?

I'm not sure if this is related, but when an item or player link is at the bottom of the chat panel (i.e. on the bottom visible line), i'm unable to click it, and must wait for a new line of text to appear before i can click it. It seems somewhat like the above issue.

These are the only issues holding me back from using it (whereas i absolutely love the mod itself).

Many thanks for putting in the time and effort. It's one of those things that does what it does, and it's really appreciated by me, and many other's.

Hi Anea, and thanks for the fantastic add-on. I was curious: do you have any plans for filtering other types of spam, instead of just gold seller spam? For instance: casinos, [Thunderfury, Blessed Blade of the Windseeker], Chuck Norris spam, and murloc spam? For casinos, I'd like to see them blocked all the time, and for the latter 3, maybe some kind of flood protection would be more appropriate. Ie. allow such chat for a few lines, but if everyone in trade chat starts just starts spamming [Thunderfury, Blessed Blade of the Windseeker] for the next 10 minutes, then SpamSentry should block that as well, for a predefined amount of time.

Thank you for authoring and maintaining this addon. I enjoy using this addon a great deal. I think I sympathize with Drai, please allow WoWMatrix to distribute this addon. I feel that I understand some of the conflicts of the past; Yet, I think you might be pleasantly surprised with how their program works now.
