    v2209-r2:

    * Name change #3: the "GRC" is now the "ZPC": Zero Preparation Compilation (this is more inline with original intent).
    * Re-structured version control: versions going forward will follow the date > release structure (r2 is the 2nd update for a given month, r3 is the third, and so on).
    * Dropped Angry Assignments due to numerous errors not-yet-fixed (proposal for removal made).
    * Added WindfuryComm 1.2 added temporarily (proposal for addition made). Note: This was included in previous versions to check effectiveness, which appears to be working, but has yet been mandatory (just FYI).
    * Obnoxious "ReAd MeH nAOw" file replaced with a more standard "readme.txt" file, :) still pretty formatting, though!
