Grats and Greets

Semi automatic Guild Grats and Greets UI.

• Compiles a list of guild Logins and Achievements
• Discards Duplicates since last send
• Sounds for Greets and Grats ready to send
• Configurable Options
  1. Multiple random Greeting Prefixes
  2. Time based Greeting toggle
  3. Multiple rancom Grats Prefixes
  4. Multiple random Grats Suffixes
  5. Grats Suffix enable/disable toggle
• Window Moveable at all times
• Visibility toggle via slash command
• Send or clear both Grats and Greets List
