oUF acharges

An element module for oUF to display arcane charges for arcane mage.

I have decided to write my own UI for Legion and didn't find an element for arcane charges. So I made my own based on rogue's combat points one.
Just put it anywhere inside your addon or layout and dont forget to add it in .toc or xml. Then just use it as any other oUF element. Read an example inside the file.
