This is beta software. It is not final.

This page will be here until Blizzard releases World of Warcraft patch 6.x on the live servers, at which point releases will continue on the main Leatrix Plus page.

6.0.14 - 21st September 2014
  • Minor updates to the tooltip positioning code.
6.0.13 - 20th September 2014
  • If 'Tooltip customisation' ('Misc' menu) is enabled, the tooltip overlay can now be dragged once again. The new tooltip offset system is still being used, this is just an easier and more scalable way to set the offsets than using sliders.
  • If 'Tooltip customisation' was previously enabled, you will need to reposition the tooltip once again.
6.0.12 - 20th September 2014
  • If 'Tooltip customisation' ('Misc' menu) is enabled, the tooltip will now always be anchored to the bottom-right corner of the screen (the same as the default UI). You can adjust the positioning offset using two new slider controls in the configuration panel.
6.0.11 - 19th September 2014
  • This update is required for World of Warcraft patch 6.0.2.18898. You should restart World of Warcraft after installing this update.
  • The 'Disable shader effects' option ('System' menu) has had to be removed for compatibility with the latest World of Warcraft beta (6.0.2.18898).
  • The version warning will no longer show for World of Warcraft test realms.
  • Minor updates to the map reveal data.
6.0.10 - 25th August 2014
  • The configuration panel for the 'Show spell icons' option ('Interface' menu) previously had an option to toggle duration numbers for the spell icons. This has been changed. It now lets you hide duration numbers if they are enabled in Blizzard's options panel ('ActionBars' menu).
  • Updated the code for the 'Hide the combat log' option ('Chat' menu).
  • Leatrix Plus will no longer set the chat style to 'Classic' in Blizzard's options panel, allowing you to choose either 'Ciassic' or 'IM' styles.
6.0.09 - 20th August 2014
  • The 'Show spell icons' option ('Interface' menu) now lets you toggle cooldown duration numbers using a new setting in the configuration panel.
  • Fixed a small bug with the 'Show spell icons' option which caused a Lua error when hovering over editboxes with invalid spell IDs.
  • The Battle.net privacy option is now enabled automatically. It cannot be disabled and the configuration panel option has been removed.
  • Added a new slash command '/ltp debug privacy' which will show whether privacy is enabled or not. This is a debug command and will be of no interest to most people as privacy is always enabled.
  • Added a couple of new areas to the map reveal data.
  • Removed the 'LeaPlusClearSpell' macro option because you can achieve the same thing using the '/stopspelltarget' console command.
6.0.08 - 5th August 2014
  • Updated Leatrix Plus for Warlords of Draenor Beta 6.0.1.18663. You should restart Warlords of Draenor after installing this update.
  • The 'Manage class colors' option ('Chat' menu) now allows you to configure class coloring in global channels once again now that Blizzard have fixed the issue with the previous beta.
6.0.07 - 3rd August 2014
  • The 'Release in battlegrounds' option ('Automation' menu) now also applies to Ashran, Tol Barad (the PvP zone) and Wintergrasp. In addition, you will not release automatically if your character is protected by a soulstone or has the reincarnation spell available (for shamans).
6.0.06 - 2nd August 2014
  • Rewrote the code for the 'Hide the combat log' option ('Chat' menu).
6.0.05 - 1st August 2014
  • Fixed a small bug with the target tracking feature. Thanks to dorang for reporting this.
  • Leatrix Plus will no longer disable class coloring for local channels (such as 'Party', 'Say', etc) and the option to toggle it can be found in the 'Chat' menu once again. Class coloring in global channels will continue to be disabled (with no option to enable it) until Blizzard has fixed their class coloring bug (expected in a future beta release).
6.0.04 - 31st July 2014
  • Added beta map reveal data for all Draenor zones except Tanaan Jungle.
6.0.03 - 29th July 2014
  • If 'World map customisation' is enabled ('Interface' menu), cursor coordinates will now be shown at the top of both the full-screen map and the windowed map. In addition, scrolling either map with the mousewheel will now zoom in/out instead of traversing floors.
  • Added a new slash command, '/ltp reset uninstall'. This will reset all the settings, disable the addon and reload your UI. You should use this if you plan to remove Leatrix Plus. If you only wish to wipe all the settings without removing the addon, you should continue to use '/ltp reset wipe'.
6.0.02 - 29th July 2014
  • More changes to the 'World map customisation' option ('Interface' menu). You can no longer scale the map (might return before launch). There is no longer a map configuration panel, instead the coordinates and reveal options are enabled automatically if map customisation is enabled. The map fade and map lock functions have been removed, you can access both using the default UI. You can now use the full-screen map if you prefer (cursor coordinates will be added in the next update).
  • If 'Tooltip customisation' is enabled ('Misc' menu), the world map tooltip (for quest objectives) and the story mode tooltip (for the quest log) will both use your defined tooltip scale.
  • Due to an ongoing bug with the chat frame in Warlords of Draenor Beta, the option to enable class coloring in chat is now automatically disabled on startup. It cannot be enabled and the option to do so has been temporarily removed. It will return when Blizzard have fixed the bug with the chat frame (expected in a future beta patch).
6.0.01 - 27th July 2014
  • Added two new options to the 'World map customisation' configuration panel ('Interface' menu) which let you specify whether the map should fade while your character is moving, and whether the map frame should be locked or not.
  • If 'World map customisation' ('Interface' menu) is enabled, the world map frame can now be dragged anywhere on-screen and it's location will be saved account-wide.
  • If 'Auction house extras' is enabled ('Interaction' menu), the 'Find' button in the auction house frame will now use Blizzard's new 'exact match' technology to show only the item you are looking for.
6.0.00 - 18th July 2014
  • This is a preliminary beta release for Warlords of Draenor Beta. This release is not compatible with Mists of Pandaria.
  • The options to remove the screen glow, death effect and special effects ('System' menu) have been combined into a single option called 'Disable shader effects'. This was necessary for compatibility with Warlords of Draenor.
  • The option to anchor the mouse to the tooltip ('Misc' menu) has been removed. There are standalone tooltip addons which are more suited to this sort of feature.
  • The 'World Map Customisation' option has been updated for compatibility with the combined quest log and map in Warlords of Draenor. To move the map, right-click it's title bar to unlock it then drag the title bar (as this is a Blizzard setting, the map position is saved per character). There is an option in Blizzard's interface options panel to automatically fade the map while moving ('Objectives' menu). The 'Reveal' checkbox can now be found at the top-right of the map.
  • The 'Hide loot alerts' option ('Interaction' menu) has been removed.
  • Added a new configuration panel setting to the 'Toggle Enemy Plates' option ('Misc' menu) which lets you toggle minor enemy plates in addition to the existing nameplate settings.
