    Download it. Then extract it. After that, you get "TBCMusic" folder.
    Open that folder, and drag folder named "Sound" to your WoW folder.
    Make sure that you move Sound folder to WoW's main folder.
    Path will look something like this C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\Sound
