a module for Faceroller

BEWARE: The used rotation is not for maximizing Dps but for convenience and fun aka farming/bg/lowleveling! The reason behind this is best explained by griemak over at shadowpriest.com.

As I have the Black Magic enchant, that changes the opening rotation up. My opening rotation is a full MF > VT > DP > SW:P > MB...

Starting with MF procs Black Magic, casting SW:P after 5 stacks of Shadow Weaving, maxing dps. The 4pc T10 bonus doesn't change the opening rotation, only allows more MF's before MB is off CD.

I'd LOVE to see an update for this, but I gotta say, as someone who hadn't played her priest in eons (and even then not as shadow for centuries before that), this is a wonderful starting point. I didnt have any clue about a rotation and this has helped me kinda get a feel of how to do it on my own. When I get lost or forget where I am at, Faceroller keeps me on track.

But I did wonder where SW: Death was. Please add that in. Thanks so much!

there actually is a set rotation regardless of what that exerpt from the site says albeit at different timings.

goal is to get shadow weaving x 5 = VT -> DP -> MF(3)x1

typical rotation is to MB after that and MF until a dot or MB is coming/off CD.

of course i agree with shadowpriest.com when it comes to not clipping dots.

take a look at the link i gave you...would love for this module to get fixed as i would (not the only one i guarentee) love to use it at that time.

Try when you are in hoyl spec setting the none module manually via the config panel. That worked for me. How ever I will try to fix this code wise later this week.

Thnx for reporting. You should delete your saved variables of Faceroller_ShadPriest or re activate the moodule for your spec.

Shadow Word: Death is never showing up in the frame. I think that is why it's on the TODO, right?

Quoting from Faceroller_ShadPriest.lua, line 69 and following:

Mind Flay will always overwrite SW (If the priority of SW is higher then the priority of MF it should be checked first, so it would overwrite MF).
