A minion to report to queries about doing an instance or what your spec is! Key /im for settings configuration.
As of May 20, 2009: This addon is unsupported for the time being. AddOn authoring was only a hobby of mine. Mike-N-Go is not currently playing WoW, thus not creating or maintaining mods for WoW. If someone wishes to submit a patch for one of my mods to WoWInterface, you may within the bounds of the license bundled with the mod.

Brief Description:
Are you tired of constantly being asked what your spec is or if your interested in doing an instance? That is no longer a hassle with InstanceMinion: Spec Broadcaster! This mod auto-responds when one of the patterns (currently "spec", "specialization", "instance", "heal", "dps", "raid", "group", "party", "lfg", "queue", "tank", "resto", "quest", or "lf.?m") are whispered to you. The auto-response consists of two parts, your spec/class/level (automatically found) and a personal message if you so choose to include one. For example, it might respond with, "InstanceMinion: I am a level 76 Shaman, currently specalized in Restoration (0/0/66). I will reply if I am intrsted in doing an instance with you." No sooner then 5 minutes last they triggered the mod. Also, it will default your LFG comment to your spec. Think of all the time you could be saving!
Use:
To use InstanceMinion: Spec Transmiter, simply instal it and log into WoW.
If you wish to adjust any settings, they can be accessed from the /im or /instanceminion slash menu. Accepted commands are {help|toggle|on|off|set|use|current|up|update|whisper}. You may key /im help in game for more information.
The mod may be toggled on/off. You may set your personal message to a string of text if you wish to customize it.
Installation:
After you decompress the file, copy the InstanceMinionSpec folder into your Interface/AddOns folder under your World of Warcraft Installation Directory.
A note to my fellow authors:
If anyone wishes to use more then a few lines of my code, I request you credit me by saying, "This product includes software developed by MikeNGo" somewhere as a comment, or in your documentation. I also hope that anyone who would take the time to read my code, would take the time to send me an e-mail of what you think, or what can otherwise be improved.

Future expansion, additions, planed features, etc:
• Send talnet spec via whisper/party/raid/bg/guild with /im send name
• Hybrid/tank/dps/heals math on talnet spec to state the dominate tree/role
• Saying the names of your talent trees in your whisper
• Syncing with other Instance Minions to show their talents in a non-whisper format, and cacheing those without
• Disable if it is a GM whisper
• Different stats in the auto-response (spell, armor, attack power, stats, etc)
• Class spefic triggers
• GUI for config
• Displaying of others' talents in friends, guild, and who results
• List full talent division only when asked, 'What is your full spec'
• 'Do you have the talent x?' reply

About the Version Numbers:
Version: xxxxx-x.x.xx ([interface number]-[major version].[sub version].[current release])
Interface number: Version of the interface the addon was most recently updated for, this number and the version number have no linear relationship with the latter clauses.
Major version: When the mod evolves to a state that is vastly different from the first distribution of the prior major version, this will be updated.
Sub version: Whenever the mod has new features added, or many minor tweaks, this number might advance.
Current release: The current reversion of the sub version, changed every time a new version of the mod is submitted to WoWInterface.com

Sorry, there are currently no optional files available.
I do not know how many people would want to know what points are spent in each category. Is this a feature you are requesting? Maybe I'll put on the todo "list full talent division only when asked, 'What is your full spec'". Well, that depends on what 'for the reply with spec' means; expand on that please?
Interesting addon You might want to consider adding a general talent tree info along with the numbers . For most folks who are not shamans '0/0/66' won't be self explanatory.
