Seven Seasons

Seven Seasons is an addon that tracks the actual type of damage taken by you and your party members. It can be used for pallys to determine which aura should be used during combat.

Since there are 7 damage types (Physical, Holy, Fire, Nature, Frost, Shadow and Arcane) the addon is called "Seven Seasons". It provides you with a moveable window and a bar for each damage type.

It displays the total damage taken by your group at the top and the percentages and absolute amounts per damage type in the bars.

It has a few options:

• Report the damage statistics to Party / Raid / Say Channels
• Reset the amounts (which also happens automatically if you enter the next combat)
• Hide the window

Once the window is hidden, you can show it again by typing

• /sevenseasons
  or
• /sev

into the chat.

There are a couple more things I've always wanted to add, but never really found the time to work on:

• Make the bars dynamic (remove their fixed position, sort descending, etc...)
• Add a nicer frame around the options window
• Add more config options to adjust size, colors, etc...
• Maybe add "aura suggestion" functionality to it if you're a pally
