- Changed the default time for Life events to 30 seconds (from 10 seconds).
- Put back in the check for being in a party or a raid before doing a message for the "Spell Cast Failure" event, else get errors when targeting is not a valid target (mob, nil, etc.).

- Disable 'Notify Via Emoting' and 'Notify Via Messaging' settings, for 'Mana' and 'Spell Cast Failure' events, for all configurations, if player class is not a mana user (not a caster).
- Disable 'Notify Via Emoting' and 'Notify Via Messaging' settings, for 'Pet Health' event, for all configurations, if player does not have a pet out (no pet UI). Even if class can use a pet, the pet has to be out for the options to be enabled for the user to change.

- Fixed hard-coding of 'Common' for whispering when doing a 'Spell Cast Failure' notification.
- Changed IsInBG() to use UnitInBattleground("player") instead of looping/GetBattlefieldStatus(i)
- ISSUE: If in a dungeon party, and try to do a whisper to someone from another server, the whisper fails ("No player named '<Player Name>-<Server>' is currently playing."). However, it works in Battlegrounds. Waiting to hear back from Blizzard on this, but until then using 'Whisper Target' for the 'Party Configuration' to message someone that a spell cast failed won't work via whispering.
