- File size reduced and tested
- Profiled all addons so they would correctly work when installed (previous versions were terrible) > Has also been tested (finally)
- Removed unnessecary addons that were irrelivant to the interface
- Moved a few things around and changed the screenshots

Changelog for v1.1
- Added Readme.txt file for installation instructions
- Fixed up a few of the files in the compilation to reduce file size (Hasn't been tested with file reduction)

This is my first uploaded UI.

I have FINALLY fixed and profiled all the addons correctly... has all been tested and tried, finally :P

I was inspired by an interface that i saw on the WoW UI Forums (This One), and i thought i'd try my hand at it.

The Interface was made in 1680x1050 resolution, and no, i don't think i'll be bringing out the interface for other resolutions. I'd rather be playing! lol :P

--IMPORTANT!--

When you first get into the game, do the following to get the results in the screenshots

1) type /bartender - Goto profiles - and set the current profile to "Blightus_V1.X"
2) type /sldt - Goto Profiles - and set the current profile to "Blightus_V1.X"
3) type /kgpanels config - Goto profiles - and set the current profile to "Blightus_V1.X"
4) type /sbf options - Goto Global Settings - Set 'Using profile' to "Blightus_V1.X"
5) type /RL and enjoy!!!

Terrible....

As they previously stated in the main description, it's the first UI they've compiled. I don't know how to compile UI's correctly either, but I don't put them down when they don't get it right.

Now that that is out of the way, UI looks good, in the screenshots. For future reference you might want to put a README in the folder for novice players who want a new ui. You'll also need to find a way the addons save your profile, apparently they didn't save. Did you copy your own WTF and put it in the file?

I've never uploaded or compiled an interface before... i did what i thought worked.

I have updated it (now much smaller in size) with a readme.txt file for people to follow while installing the interface... i hope it helps

I really hate complaining but have u taken the time to see whether or not the files and settings you provide us work for you? Have you ever downloaded a compiled another UI to see what the essential components of a UI are to tranfer them? In this case experience is really the best teacher . why not download one from another author, almost anyone here and see where the settings are stored. Play with it a bit and see where the settings are, and more importantly how there stored , this is where profiles come to be of utmost importance. It will make u a better mod user and author. I loved the looks of this UI so i downloaded it and installed it.
I followed your "readme" step by step 2 times and each time i ended up with everything randomly shuffled all over my screen. The backgrounds didnt even show at all.

It doesnt work at all for me for some reason. Is there no option to get this UI to setup ingame?

I'm not sure why it's doing this. I have actually physically tested this as if I were a random person downloading from the site...

I know you said you did everything step by step.... is your monitor at 1680x1050 resolution? This interface is only configured for that resolution.

Otherwise, the only thing i can think of is renaming the account/server/character names... Be aware that sometimes the account name may need to be full caps, and the server/character name is case-sensitive. so and example might be:

account: WOWDUDE
server: Blackrock
character: Justahunter

If this doesn't work, let me know... i'll try making a new character tonight to test it on (at work atm)

Okay, i've got home and figured out what was wrong... i didn't have the profiling for the addons.

So this is what you have to do (i will also post this on the main page for this interface for other users)

type /bartender - Goto profiles - and set the current profile to "Blightus_V1.X"
type /sldt - Goto Profiles - and set the current profile to "Blightus_V1.X"
type /kgpanels config - Goto profiles - and set the current profile to "Blightus_V1.X"

You will also have to download the new version (V1.3) where the profiles have been set-up correctly.
