SafeFocus is a simple addon designed specifically for use of a rogue's sap/blind in arena, but it can also work for mages' polymorph. It searches the focus debuff list for any DoT, or CC already applied to the unit. If there is a DoT or CC (or divine shield/ice block) already on your focus, the focus frame fades to let you know not to blind/sheep/sap.
