I use the WoWInterface updater and the Curse client to keep my ~60 addons up to date. And there's the email Clad mentioned below. There are other options besides WM's aggregation/exploitation of other sites and manually visiting each site.

They have also been leeching the bandwidth of the addon sites which exist solely for the good of the addon community. I have absolutely no plans to make my addons available on WowMatrix. You can easily set up WowInterface to email you when I've released a new version of this addon. No, none whatsoever. I have no issues with Curse and host a few of my addons there. However Curse remains a real competitor to WowInterface and a few other other related sites (such as WowHead). As the data for this addon comes from WowHead, I'm pretty sure you can connect the dots =). No one here has told me not to, and no on at Curse has told me not to, but I make this decision based on the best interests of my addon.

I'm sorry to inform you, but LightHeaded did not change. What you are experiencing is another addon. I can assure you that LightHeaded does not force a three-panel quest log. There are a few addons that DO this, namely DoubleWide. If you don't want that, just don't use that addon (which does not in any way come with LightHeaded).

Before, when I opened my quest log, I'd see the normal quest log and then when I clicked on a specific quest, I'd see the lightheaded info pulled from wowhead. Now I have first a full listing of all my quests and attached to that in one double panel, the quest info of the quest I'm looking up, then the lightheaded panel. Three - Quest log and the quest info as one double panel, and the third, the detachable lightheaded panel.

BEFORE I had ONE panel and the lightheaded info attached to it (or I could close it but I never did) -- I don't want to "detach" the lightheaded panel.. that's the ONE I WANT. I want to get rid of that quest log panel... does anyone know what it is that is doing this and how to help, please?

I have not downloaded doublewide.

I hope I've explained this correctly - I'd noticed that it was always displayed as three panels here on the website, but for some reason I had the two and I loved it that way - I can't get used to it this way, it truly bothers me and I want to have it back the way I enjoy using it, the way it's always displayed for me.

It is not LightHeaded. Disable all other addons to see this for yourself. LightHeaded does not provide a three panel quest log. The screenshots just happen to be that way because I find it unbearable without the three panel quest log.

The issue you are experiencing has nothing to do with LightHeaded. Please report back to let us know what you figure out.

I found an identical problem - addon is listed as installed but isn't there. Then tried uninstalling Uberquest (which is also nice but hasn't been updated for 3.1) and LH works now, so it seems like it's one or the other at the moment

Then I'd check to make sure the addon is listed in the addon selection screen, and I would reinstall the addon from scratch. It's very easy to unpack it incorrectly which can cause any number of issues. Please report back.
