Cooldown Timers

I've rewritten CDT from the ground up using Ace2. Configuration is now done through the FuBar plugin or the minimap icon.

Cooldown Timer Bars will scan your spellbook/inventory for skills/items that are in cooldown and will create draggable bars for your cooldowns.

-Pulsing on finish, a la JIM's cooldown pulse

-The ability to share cooldowns with other users of this mod. This is off by default

Note: Some of the options for the new features like group sharing and the pulse icon are not in the gui yet. Those will be coming later. Until then, use the dropdown.

I don't remember that in previous versions of CDT. I see a couple of references to Pulse, but no description of what it is or does and no instructions how to use it. Also, once I learn about it and want to move it and lock it, the anchor button tooltip says to do the standard Shift click to lock, but how to unlock?

The big icon pulses with whatever cooldown finished.

Unlock it through the menu. I'm fiddling with the gui at the moment, trying to figure out the best way to get that stuff in there as well as messing with the localizations.

To disable the pulse, set the pulse alpha to 0. It's linked with the announce, if you disable the announce you'll disable both. If you just want to get rid of the announce text, replace the display string with an empty string.

Turn off sort and collapse, set the width to minimum and scale them to 200% and you end up with that effect.

Habardeen A Kobold Labourer Forum posts: 0 File comments: 3 Uploads: 0	awesome addon! i really hope you'll continue to support this for a long time! i have some problems/questions though (got the latest release): - the options i select don't update when i actually select them but i have to reload the gui/menu. - is there a way to disable the bars and have only the pulse showing? - when i reduce the bar length just above minimum and remove the automatic sort of bars, there are some graphical text errors just after the cooldown timer going down some suggestions: - make the cooldown minimum default timer of 2 secs (to avoid wand and item problems) - sort the abilities/skills/pets/items alphabetically thanks for the support and answers and keep it up! this one is a musthave for every player willing to maxout wow experience both in pve and pvp. seriously amazing.

One question: I wanted my pet's Freeze ability (Water Elemental) to be under the Pet Cooldown bar, but I can't seem to do that. That bar is greyed out even when I have my pet out. I'd love to put the Cooldownbars for my skills under my action bar, 2 rows, 3bars high. That should be enough to show all my skills and keep my UI clean.

Is there an option to let your cooldowns Expand sideways? Or will I have to add every skill to a seperate group and try to put them in the order I want that way?

Nor do they seem to respond to custom color. Also the main settings default color only accepts one color value. If there are more than one, it discards the changes. I can't see them but am aparently still in them, as i can whisper my wife and she see's it, but when she replies i can't either see it or use the /r to talk back to her. I checked chat settings and i'm still setup to be in the channels. It effects all channels, local guild group, everything.

likewise. Hard to believe there are no other mods with bars like this. I'm without timers for the time being.
