    ButtonFacade Shadow  Popular! (More than 5000 hits)

    Description

    This is a ButtonFacade skin called ButtonFacade_Shadow. In credit to StormFX and his ButtonFacade Code. This skin is inspired from Freebaser's shadowed borders.

    This ButtonFacade skin requires ButtonFacade in order to work.

    If you use this skin, please credit Ferous as well as StormFX, as the texture is made entirely from scratch by me and the code is made from StormFX's. Thanks!

    I do have a problem.

    Whenever I enable this skin, instead of the borders being black (as they appear in your screenshot) the skin is defaulted to a grey color. I can fix this by setting the "normal" box to black but it is sort of annoying to have to do it everytime I login.

    Anyway to fix this?

    This might have something wrong with ButtonFacade, not the skin itself You may have to inquire to the author of ButtonFacade for that.

    Actually, the problem seems to have fixed itself. I redownloaded the skin and that seems to have fixed it. Thanks for the suggestion though

    Hmmm ...

    I downloaded this because it looked exactly how I wanted, but I'm having the same issue as the previous poster about the grey borders etc

    I've removed both BF, and your bar plugin, re-installed both, and the buttons default to a square grey border

    Any ideas ?

    Hey Ferous - Curious if you have any tips on how to get this looking like the screenshots? I have the same issue as the poster below. Was able to fix the grey, but the shadow effect is too much - wondering how to lessen it.

    Edit: Tried modified in-game via the BF config options, but the settings don't seem to stick.

    Edit2: All set. They do stick, looks good.

    I don't know if it's this addon's fault, but for some reason, using this skin with QBar ButtonFacade never seems to save its settings. BF: Darion works, just not this one. It defaults to a weird looking gray...

    Best skin ever. I was just wondering... Since I don't know anything about ButtonFacade, which textures do you use for when you move your mouse over the button? My dream texture would be where you have all of your buttons look like what this skin looks like when you have a mouseover on the button. Seeing as how you've already created the textures, how would they need to be switched around to create that sort of look?
