I created these textures back in October of 2007 using images from the old official WoWarcraft forums. It was meant to be placed along the bottom of the screen and was originally created for use with mods like kgpanels/eepanels, etc. Once placed using a panel mod, you could then use a bar mod (like Dominos) to create one long action bar across the bottom of the screen, and perhaps use the very bottom section as a background for a broker-type display.
This download only includes the images I made. You will need a panel mod (as mentioned above) or you will need to write your own in order to use them. If you want to change the gold line to a different color, you can either edit the file in a program like Photoshop or you can make a thin, solid class-colored panel and overlay it on top of the gold line (if you are so inclined).
