Custom Cursor

Tired of misplacing your cursor on a boss mid-fight, or are you just tired of that dull glove? This custom cursor is large, bright, colorful, and slightly fruity. It was custom-made by yours truly, so I hope you enjoy and rate / leave feedback! For those of you that are interested in a different style, simply request, and I'll do my best to create it. Also, I am in the process of creating a tutorial on how to make your OWN cursors, so stay tuned. And if you happen to somehow uninstall notepad, or you are just plain lazy, here is the read me:



Drop the entire folder called "Cursor" into the "Interface" directory of your WoW game. Default location is...

C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\Interface

DO NOT PUT IT INTO THE "ADDONS" DIRECTORY!!

You might need to follow these next steps to get your new pointer to display properly...

1. Navigate to your World of Warcraft directory in your computer. The default directory is C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\WTF

2. Open the WTF folder.

3. Double-click and open the file config.wtf
If you are asked which program to open the file with, choose WordPad.

4. In the Config.wtf file, make sure the following line appears, including the quote marks:

SET gxCursor "0"

You may have to add this line manually. Now, save and close the Config.wtf file and try the game. Your cursor should be showing up properly.
