Tey's minimal UI for raiding

BUILT TO MINIMIZE FPS LAG/GENERAL LATENCY.
This UI should only run about 40-55mb total (with auctioner disabled)

Instructions:
ENSURE TO BACK UP YOUR OLD WTF / INTERFACE FOLDERS.
Extract the .ZIP to your WoW folder.
CHANGE THE WTF THAT'S INCLUDED TO YOUR ACCOUNT NAME AND CHARACTER NAME.
