Upys Raid Tools are a set of tools and functions that I have developed to assist in the running of my raids. I have asked several of the officers in my guild for comments and feedback and it will continue to be worked on while I am raiding.

The objective of this addon is not to replace addons like oRA, it is to fill the gaps left by them in how I like to run my raids.

Functionality Summary

Invites – Quickly build your raid and mass invite, also allows for raid setup to be automatically triggered based on settings
Raid Setup – Define the raid setup and key raid members such as role leaders
Substitutes – Call for and manage substitutes
Raiders – View a list of raiders who have been involved in the raid throughout the night
DKP & Loot – Manage DKP, Bidding, Loot and more
Assignments – Build and Broadcast fight assigns with input from role leaders (if required)
Auto Marks – Setup Auto Mark profiles for encounters to ensure raiders/mobs retain marks throughout the fight
Guild Bank Repairs – Set Guild Bank repairs quickly and easily
Consumables – A range of consumable check options and tracking so you know who’s doing the right/wrong thing
Thanks – quickly and easily give raiders a pat on the back after a tough night of progression
Attendance – Output format of your raiders and subs for input into other systems

0.1 - Initial Upload

0.2 - Fixes to Auto Mark and Sub Invites

0.3 - Removed dependancy on Roster-2.1 and Auras updated to LibLordFarlander-SpecialEvents-Aura-4.0 and therefore Ace2

0.4 - Implemented Lib-ST for lists etc
- Added Raid Management functions to LDB menu for setting Master Loot (to target) and Raid Size/Difficulty

0.5 - Loaded latest Ace3 libraries to try sort a bug report

0.6 - Added Top 5 Consumable Fails output and added support for OPie

0.7 - Fixed Guild Repairs function to actually WORK! omg

0.9 - All messages are now editible, frame changed to tree layout to make it nicer to look at :P, typos fixed, Ready Check Consumable Check now working (when a raider clicks they are ready they will be whispered if they haven't eaten or flasked), Subs list now wont be cleared when calling for subs, if it is not empty a notice on screen will be seen.

0.10 - Quick Fix to ML Setting (typo)

0.11 - Grr version fail

1.0 - Fixed rank issues for people without officer rights, raid setup now live, added an auto consumable check lock (still need to add button :| but you can run /script UpysRaidTools:LockAutoConsChecks() to lock b4 a ready check) a couple of tweeks too

1.1 - Fixed 2 typos that were causing errors. Added Sub Sync'ing so you can sync your subs list with other people in raid and added the beginnings of Raid Assignments component (although most of this is commented out for now)

2.0 - Numerous fixes and inclusion of new features including;
- New Better Auto Marking
- Assignments Management
- DKP & Loot

2.1 - Minor changes to Syncing and inclusion of "DKP Penalties" management

2.2 - Minor changes to Bidding Window

2.3 - Fix to ensure old tables can be deleted (prompt) when joining a raid. This should reduce the chances of bad data.

2.3b - Removed Logging Test

As I said, the flask check + whispers work very well. Are they only operational when raid leader though? Could it be possible to assign one assist to have the ability to do it?

I have ace3 installed as it's own folder inside addons folder etc.

I have no lua errors.

Before I start a raid the extended guild rank part of the invites tab is grayed out. When I start the raid (according to a list of people manually added) then the list remains grayed out. (there is no list in fact). However, I have noticed that during the raid it populates itself sometimes.

can u send me a screeny? Did you install Ace as a seperate library? Are there any actual errors?

The checks will update the existing fails list. So everytime they fail this check they will get a "hit".

You could use this list to issue your fines but I'm not tracking the time of failure, just a count db is like
