SnailUI currently supports 4 action bars which can be enabled through the in-game menu.
I have enabled the option, but there are still only 2 actionbars.
Hover your mouse over the top of your screen until a button appears. Once you push that, 2 more action bars will show up on the right side of your screen.
Any way of getting at least one of them together with the bottom ones? Thats the main thing i want
Not unless you edit the config files in SnailUI/Themes/Default. The UI is made like that with several classes in mind.

turns out that after i deleted some macros that i didn't use anymore, i didn't get that error...
macros that i deleted were 2 created by vuhdoo, AutoHP/AutoMP created by a buffet edit, and a macro that didn't work since it was in the wrong language
except AutoHP and AutoMP neither of those were in one of my action bars...

Timers

i've had a closer look at your sources, and might have a suggestion

instead of using localized names (like "Rupture") for timers, why not use the spell id (1943 in case of Rupture)?
