GroupFu is a FuBar plugin that adds group management functions, loot method detection, and roll management.

Clicking on the panel icon will cause it to roll, shift-clicking will clear the last roll, and ctrl-clicking will cause it output the winner to chosen output channel.

It will normally show the group looting type unless there is a roll in progress.

After a roll is performed, it can announce the winner to any channel, or just locally to you. People can write 'pass' to pass on the roll.

The right-click menu also includes the standard leader choices like setting the loot method, threshold, leaving your group and resetting your instances.

maximoz A Kobold Labourer Forum posts: 1 File comments: 8 Uploads: 0	Errors and some glitches Got these error when i turn off "Perform roll when click" : GroupFu.lua:260: attempt to index global `data' (a nil value) when someone did a non standard /roll 1 100 GroupFu.lua:368: attempt to concatenate field `Level' (a nil value) when i tried to mouseover the addon after the above error occurred. From this stage, mousing over the addon doesn't show the tooltip anymore (it does work however after a certain time which i suspect is the delay set to clear the roll results) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Also i cannot untick any of the 4 options after "Perform roll when clicked". If there is no detected master looter name display just master loot text only. I've still exploring a better way to detect the master looter's name parsing the chat screen seems to be about 40% effective. The available functions only work when your in the same party as the master looter. Moved the Leave Group menu options so that it is always available due to the increase of the phantom group bug I haven't been able to test the master looter issues in a multi-group raid but the code for the fix is sound.

Also it doesn't seem to let me set it to Master Looter either, telling me that person is not in the group, even if I select myself. Also noted, when switching to either Round Robin or Free for All, you click it, it says it's changed but the tick mark doesnt update till you cilck it a 2nd time. The error when clicking Need before Greed: GroupFu.lua:311:Invalid Loot Method

Master loot is set to always use you as the master looter and I'm still testing the need before greed error you are seeing the code is correct per wowwiki and my quick testing in a 2 man group. Were you in a Raid or using a non-US client? __________________

I have many other addons installed and possibly one could be conflicting? Just figure since it was that one error(plus ML).. I'll disable all but fubar and groupfu and let you know. Ok Finally tested it with only FuBar and GroupFu going and got the same errors. "Player is not in your party" is what I get when trying ML Ok figured out partial problem.
