SilaUI - Raid-approved PvE Interface

Version: v1.1
by: Battlecookie [More]

HEY GUYS !

First of all, I want to make sure that NONE of those Addons I included in this package were made by me! All of the credit goes to their original authors which I am going to link at the end of this description!

So, this Package is the second I've ever done, but my first obviously didn't went that well because it was non functionable for Raiding...

So, here's another attempt!

As you obviously can see, it's my Version of ElvUI.

I'm a Druid, so this Interface is mainly targeted at RangeDPS Classes, Healers and Tanks, although I think, melee DPS classes won't have that many different requirements for their interface so you might as well use it as a melee.

My WeakAuras (which I included in the package) are mainly POSITIONED according to the "AnotherDD" profile. All those WeakAuras are either druidspecific WeakAuras, little perks to help you in fight or boss-specific weakauras which all work in other profiles as well, but you might want to re-locate them to fit into the specific profiles.

IMPORTANT: There's one WeakAura which I only use as a texture in the background in my "AnotherDD" profile. If you want to use another Profile than that, you have to disable or delete the WeakAuras (Black Background 1/2/3) in order to get rid of the black windows.

How to install it:

After downloading this file, you have to go into YOUR World of Warcraft folder (usually at C:\\Programs\World_of_Warcraft) and copy your INTERFACE and your WTF Folder to do a backup!

After doing that, you copy and paste the Interface and WTF folder from this addon into your old folders. If it asks you if you want to replace your old files, press "yes" (Make sure, you did a backup of them!)

Now you look into your OLD "WTF" folder and find the Account folder. In that folder, you will find a folder that has got a long number as its name. You copy that name and rename the SAME folder from my addon package with that long number. (the folder is currently named "ACCOUNTNAME"). After that, you go into the "ACCOUNTNAME" folder and rename the "SERVERNAME" folder with the name of the server you are playing on and you want to use these addons on. After that, you do the same with the sub-folder "CHARACTERNAME". It SHOULD work now, when you enter World of Warcraft

How to set things up:

When you installed everything correctly, the usual "ElvUI Install Window" should open up. If that's the case, just click on "Skip Process", and your World of Warcraft will do a relogg. After that type "/reflux switch ProfileName". (Sadly, everytime you do that "Reflux" command, the ElvUI Installation Window will show up again, so you have to click on "Skip process" again.. I don't know how to change this, sorry for that!) You can see the 5 different profiles in the screenshots. Let's get a little bit deeper into what's the matter with those profiles.

Following are the actual profile names you should use when typing "/reflux switch ProfileName"

StandardDD

As the name suggests, this is the profile I use for my balance specc. It has got the target and Player Frame centered in the middle of the screen. Inbetween those frames I have my main action bars located, and all around the target frame there's my bossmods (BigWigs).

AnotherDD

So, that's pretty much another DPS version of my UI which I tend to use a lot now because it gives you much more vision of your character.

Tank

So, since I started having a Tank-Specc for my druid as well, I made some minor changes to the "StandardDD" profile and changed it up into a "Tank" profile.

Heal

That's my RestoDruid specific Profile. The target is pretty much clear: See your raidframe clearly and have a good view on which boss-skills are coming next and how you have to react to them.

AnotherHeal

That's the profile I set up mainly for healing classes other than the resto drood, just to give you another possibility how to set things up. Target of this configuration is pretty much the same as in the other Healing profile.

List of Addons used in this Package:

AddonSkins - Passive Addon to skin your addons. No need to configure it.
BigWigs - My Default BossMod. (/bw to configure)
ElvUI - Pretty much the overall UI itself, just with some additional Fonts and/or other configurations (/ec to configure)
Exorsus Raid Tools - Exceptional Addon to help you manage your raid, bosses and so on (/rt to configure)
HandyNotes - Map Addon that shows you treasure-rares etc. on your map. No need to configure it.
IskarAssist - Addon to help you manage the Eye of Anzu during the Shadow Lord Iskar encounter in Hellfire Citadel. I prefer this over the Exorsus Boss Mod for Iskar. (/iskar to configure)
MasterPlan - An addon to help you manage your garrisson and shipyard missions.
Postal - An addon to help you manage your Mail (like collect everything with one click).
Reflux - Addon to switch all addons to a specific profile (/reflux to see options)
Skada - A damage meter like Recount (/skada to configure)
TimeToDie - An addon that shows you how long the enemy you have currently targeted approximately needs to be damaged until it dies. (/ttd to configure)
WeakAuras - A versatile addon to show you pretty much everything you want. (/wa to configure)

With all those addons given now, you should have all of the above activated at the beginning. If something is not correctly set up AFTER typing "/reflux switch ProfileName" try to use the config command I gave you in brackets and search for the "Profile" section in the options. If available, choose the profile you want to use my settings. If the profiles are NOT available, please let me know!

v1.1 - Added a second DPS profile and a Tank profile and made some minor changes for the other existing profiles

this is just a friendly word of warning. elvui might have your pack pulled if you dont have people manualy install it instead of just including it.
