    nUI Config [Casting] disables all the nUI cast bars. Although I agree with the author of nUI, that nUI functionality should not be disabled or replaced by other addons there is a necessity for this addon that arose from a problem in nUI where cast bars would not be shown/updated in a timely manner.

    If you are experiencing this problem this addon might rectify it. The nUI cast bars will be disabled automatically when a supporting cast bar addon is detected. Please refer to the "Change Log" for supporting addons.

    This addon will be discontinued as soon as the problem has been resolved.

    I'll look into this while I'm updating for 4.2. Thanks for the heads-up.

    If I may suggest a tweak... the casting bar in the HUD is used to anchor the Druid Eclipse bar, Pally Holy Power and Warlock Shard bar... when disabling the nUI casting bar, you should modify the anchors for those other bars, too, so they don't point at the HUD casting bar anymore or else it throws an error when nUI loads the first time.

    I would like to use this with castbars, which you currently support. I tried it the other day though and i am unable to move or see the player castbar as it is hidden under the nui panel. I tried disabling NUI, moving the castbar and then reloading nui, however, it pops back behind the panel everytime. Is there a way that I can make this work for me?

    I'm still having a problem with the casting bar, it literally stalls out, until the end of casting, I tried using this addon to just get rid of the casting bar in general but it's not even doing that, and when I check it on my addons from the login screen it says out of date not sure if that matters.

    There's no config frame for it. All you have to do is enable the addon in the Addons list on the character selection screen. Once you enable it nUI casting bars will be disabled and you can use another casting bar mod of your choice. To enable nUI casting bars again, just delete the addon or disable it in the Addons list on the character selection screen.
