Hi Dridzt,
I was wondering how difficult it would be to have a 'strata' feature. My goal is to use a timer over an actionbar to make the debuff duration appear as if it was the cooldown. Problem is, actionsbars have a higher strata so the timer gets hidden. |

The pet health system is definitely broken, it works only sometimes and at wrong thresholds. A few posts back 2 others were seeing the same thing.

Power Auras - Balance Druid - Eclipse - Help please.
Heya, im looking to make 2 powa texts show on indervidual spell proc's. only problem is that they share the same buff Eclipse. but ive been reading up and im able to show them as i want but by the Aura ID but i cant seem to get them to work. ive been following what some one said on the wow forums but i cant seem to get them to work. do i need to put a "#" infront of them or some thing currently im putting the numbers into both txt boxs with no luck.
- - - Here are the ID numbers for the two procs: Wrath damage increase = 48517 Starfire crit increase = 48518 Input those in "Aura ID's" (the box to the right of the "Exact name" checkbox and voila, you're done. Now make sure the animation for each is different, so you know which one procs. - - - Any help would be greatfull.

notify if none of the above are applied.
Great mod.
I'm trying to create an aura notification that triggers when I have applied neither Commanding Shout or Battle Shout. I typed Commanding Shout, Battle Shout into the auras and selected the notify if not active option. The result seems to be that the notification is active whenever both effects are not applied. I want it to display when neither of the effects are active. (sorry, I don't have the mod here, so I don't know the exact names of the options). I think to make this work there needs to be an any/all option that applies to the list of auras. This would also be useful in checking for non-stacking debuffs on mobs. For example, you might want to be notified when neither Demoralizing Roar, nor Demoralizing Shout is on the target. Or you might want to be notified if both Thunder Clap and Frost Fever are missing. |

My Commanding Shout setup:
My setup shows the graphic when i dont have "Commanding Shout" Active. If your looking to do the exact same as what ive done but for both "Commanding Shout" & "Battle Shout" You'd need to make two graphic Slot. One for "Commanding Shout" as shown above & one Exacly the same but for "Battle Shout". *Note: You will always have one graphic shown as you cant have both shout's at the same time obviously. Regarding hiding the graphic if you are buffed with one of the above i have no idea if thats posable.

So I've created some custom textures and saved them in the .tga format and placed them in the "Custom" folder, but they do not show up in the addon... I have also tried to name them AuraXX.tga as described in the instructions and added them to the "Auras" folder and again, they do not show up. Has anyone else had problems adding custom textures? Does anyone have some possible solutions? |

@ Chucknabox,
Mine seems to work fine, I already have custom graphics in my custom folder by default which work when typing in the exact name along side the .tga tag. Using custom made graphics all i can think of is that you've gone wrong in the saving of the .tga settings? but wouldnt now any thing about that. I have "Curse.tga" a custom graphic in my folder by default which works using the "Custom textures" option with "Curse.tga" in the adress bar. (with out brackets) |

@ 8489
Thx for attempt =). The premade "custom" textures that came with it worked fine, it was just the ones I created that weren't working, BUT I finally figured it out. It was in the formatting of the .tga files themselves. They must be either 128x128Pixels or 256x256 (which is 2x128) and they must be RGB... All other setting I tried did not work. I suspect that larger sizes such as 512 (2x256) and may work as well, but I have not tried it out yet. And other square sizes, such as 127x127 did NOT work. I'm sure this is some standard thing that programmers understand, but I am Graphic Designer, not a programmer & I had to backwards engineer it to figure it out. =) |

Vista WTF did you do!
Recently after logging in from a Vista machine Power Aura's is not recognizing a couple of my abilities. Specifically Explosive Shot or Multi-Shot. I am trying to show when available and this was working before I logged in from that other workstation.
I've tried renaming my WTF and Interface folders to remove any addon's/configs. Even with logging into each toon without addons then adding Power Aura's and trying to configure it show my cooldown on Explosive Shot. I can substitude a different ablity and Powa tracks when the cooldown is up. Tried the same on laptop and get the same result. Are there files hidden elsewhere now? or maybe server side settings? pointers in a wow config file? HELP |

Is it possible
to have an Aura hide while /resting/ (i.e. in an Inn or City)?
I just set up an aura to remind me of no poison on my weapons, and I'd like it to be there even when solo, but I don't particularly want it up while idling in Dalaran/IF. |

Minor, but important for presentation.
Under the Activation submenu in the Effects Editor, there is a grammatical error. "Casted" is not a word. "Cast" is both the past and the present-tense form of the word "cast."
http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/cast?qsrc=2888 Thank you for the excellent addon! I love its usefulness.

I've been looking for a mod that'll let me know when I should cast "Drain Soul" on an enemy target (for non-warlocks, casting when the target is at or below 25% will quadruple it's damage). Being able to set a sound for this is a great benefit, too.
I wish the health threshold values were in smaller increments, however. Knowing when the target hits EXACTLY 25% is a tad late, and when it's at 30% it's a tad early. I wish I could set it more accurately than that. Is there a way to do that? But, nevertheless, a great mode. |

Monitoring Low Mana of a Fellow Raid Member
I am writing to request assistance setting up an aura that monitors mana of another raid member.
I am a resto druid that rarely uses my Innervate. I am trying to set up an aura that monitors the mana of a particular fellow raider (a mage) who always burns through his mana. I have set the "Activation" to "Mana" and set the "threshold" to "25%". I have clicked the checkbox for "Unitname" and inserted the name of the raid member that I want to monitor. Nothing happens when the designated person hits 25%. Any help would be appreciated. Edit: If I check "Focus" instead of "Unitname" and designate the raid member as my focus target, the aura works. Unfortunately, as a healer, I often use the focus function for my healing target. Additionally, I noticed in this forum that Hunters were having a related problem watching the health of their pets. The solution was to type "pet" in the "Unitname" field, not the actual name of the pet. Given that solution, I wonder whether there is a special way to designate a fellow raid member beyond just inserting their name in the "Unitname" field. Edit 2: Like everyone else on this forum, I love the mod. Thanks for taking the time to contribute to the WoW community.
