PointTo Addon

PointTo was written for my wife whom I duo with so she could find me easily whilst questing etc.

This addon is pretty simple really, it shows an arrow that always points to party member 1 unless you specify a loc/unit that you wish to be directed to.

Commands accepted:

/PT,/pt,/pointto/PointTo - lock (toggles the frame being locked / unlocked)
- on / off (shows or hides addon - now persistant)
- autohide (automatically hides the addon when in a zone that does not support loc's, toggle setting)

You can now enter a loc or a UnitID (party3, raid2, <character name> etc.) into the editbox.
Please note: if the unit entered is not valid due to not being in the group then it will report 'Loc Invalid' this is due to the game engine not allowing you to get locations of people you are not grouped with.

/pt - This will list the valid commands above and show the current status of the addon, ie if autohide is on.
