MsgNotice

This small addon shows in the top of the screen some common chat messages that we don't always see because of message spam.

It displays the message with a little ping sound.

The messages displayed for now are :

- A buyer has been found for your auction
- You have been outbid on..
- Your group has been disbanded.

I found these messages to be somewhat important, but I didn't notice them a lot when in BGs for example.

The mod only works in English for now !

I'm still learning about UIs and LUA, so a better version with an actual interface will be out soon ! :P
