I don't know what happened to be honest. I did numerous testing and it's working fine.
Or maybe, could it be that you actually entered 0 instead of 10 by mistake? Happens to me pretty often.

When you say that you got your decay set to 10%, do you mean, it's set in the Config.lua file? If yes, then that is the problem.
You need to update your Config.lua file because the decay setting in it has been removed since v2.11 I think.

Decay percentage can only be set on the Decay tab of the main WebEPGP window ( /webepgp ). There's a box where you can enter the decay percentage.
If you enter 10 in that box and hit the "Apply Decay" button, it will work.
If you don't enter anything, 0% decay will be applied, which is probably what you were doing.

The only way is to do it as I described in the description of the mod.
Download the whole backup of your guild, which will be a CSV file.
Then open it with any text editor, I personally do it with Notepad++ which is a powerful text editor and free.
Once opened, I press Ctrl+F to open the "Find" popup.

1) Under the "Replace" tab of that popup, I enter "|playername" (without the quotes but make sure to include that vertical | bar) in the Find what box and leave the Replace with box empty then click the "Replace All" button.

2) Same thing now but enter "playername|" (without the quotes but make sure to include that vertical | bar) in the Find what box and still leave the Replace with box empty. Click the "Replace All" button.

3) Now, go back to the "Find" tab, still under the Find popup window.
Enter playername in the Find what box, check "Mark Line" on, check "Wrap around" on. Make sure that "Normal" search mode is selected, click on the "Clear" button if it's clickable and then finally click on the "Find All" button.
This will highlight all the words that matches playername and it will put a big blue dot next to each line number the program has found a match.

Delete each line where playername is on. To quickly delete a line, you can just click the line number on the left side and it will highlight the whole line.

It looks very tedious but after like 10min it goes pretty fast. I couldn't do it that fast with other program so I really recommend that Notepad++ program.

Once you're done, make a final search of that playername to see if you haven't forgotten any. Only 1 instance of that playername the website needs to add it to your log, so make sure no trace of playername remains at all.

Then do a full restore using the new CSV file you just edited.

One important thing, on the website, there's a "Sync with Armory" feature. DO NOT USE IT, NEVER. This will add a lot of unwanted players, thus making your log file bigger and making more information for the addon to process.

Hope this will help you [/b]
This helped tremendously! Thank you very much! <3 Much easier then using the DMcvsEditor imo! Tedious if you have a lot of "ghost" players, but if you keep at it when players leave your guild or you accidentally join a pug with it on or something, its very easy to do. Thanks again! You're a doll!

Yes. Click on the minimap WebEPGP icon and select "Timed Awards". A window will open where you can set the interval you want to reward the raid players and you can set the EP value too.

2. Also, as a side-issue: I have heard that add-ons in WoW may only save data upon a successful logout. Since officer notes are not used, that means the data must be saved as add-on data. In case the person giving out the EP and items crashes, the log for that raid will be lost (unless another person uses the ghost version independantly, and mimics the first person's actions). Correct?
You are correct. That is why there is a "Save Log File" button on the main window of the addon. Pressing it after each boss killed would be best to minimize data loss in case of a computer crash.

Recurring EP Award?

You might get a popup coming out asking you how much to charge that person, just click the "No" button and that's it. That person won't be charged anything.

You got to tell me for what purpose though. Would !need = !ms and !greed = !os for example? Or would it be for another purpose?
Yes !need = !ms and !greed = !os..

For first point i try!! Thx for response me..
