Marky

Version: 1.0.2
by: oomp [More]

What is Marky?
Marky is an extremely lightweight addon designed to ease the assignment of crowd controls inside Random Dungeons. It adds a key binding option within Blizzard's default binding menu which can then be used to assign a mark to a mob (while targeting it), as well as announcing the spell a player should use in Party chat.

Is Marky able to assign multiple targets?
Yes. If there are remaining crowd controls, they can be assigned in the same way as mentioned above.

What is announced to Party chat?
If, for example, the target was a Demon and a Warlock (called Moop) was in the group, a typical announcement would be sent as follows: Marky: Moop (Banish)

How is Marky different to other crowd control/marking addons?
It has no in-game options, requires no configuration to work, and is extremely lightweight. You simply install it, join a Random Dungeon, and you're good to go.

How do I assign marks?
Target a mob and press the Marky keybind you've chosen within Blizzard's binding menu. The addon requires the targeted mob to be out of combat, otherwise it will assume it's a nuke target and assign a Skull instead.

How do I remove marks?
Marks are automatically reset once the player leaves combat. If you accidentally target the wrong mob and press your keybind, it's simply a case of pressing it again to remove the mark.

Only works inside Party instances.
