Play a sound when the Exhaustion bar start. It is design to warn you if you are in alt tab when auto run is toggled on. Or if you are AFK and forget about toggling auto run.
When the sound start a dialog is open to let you stop the sound. You can choose between only stop it Once or stop it during 1 minute. You can also hit "escape" to stop the sound.
I hope it can let you save some time and some gold by avoid multiple painful death by Exhaustion.
