Just started using healbot and so far it's great. My only problem is I'd like to see how much absorption is remaining on my Power Word: Shield. Is there a way to display this information, preferably in the tooltip?

If not, does anyone know of a good way to track this? Thanks.

Currently available on the Healbot site for those who want to test.
I would really like to help you test it, but unfortunatelly i'm not playing currently
Also, I'm not using bottom-anchored plates, nor do I use group headers.
I only bottom-anchor Healbot itself.

Just got a chunk of both today, starting with overlapped frames for our 8 man party, and when we grew to 12-16 people, with every group containing no more than 4 members, it was ALWAYS changing to 10m skin on each raid composition change, despite me putting it back to 25m again and again.
Not to mention, you can't assign same skin to more than one "group" mode... which is highly frustrating.

So, is there a way to force pets into groups of 5?

If not, could we possibly add this option in the config?

Thanks is advance.

Could you please don't check buff on "self" if I have it set for "raid"? Thanks.

I'm sorry but this is just incorrect. While your code should not be able to crash the client, it demonstrably is. Your addon needs to be updated to either force the predicted heals in the client off, turn its own predictive healing off, or at least detect these settings and prevent the conflict causing this error.

Addon authors may not have access to debugging tools for the WoW client, but that hasn't stopped us yet. But then they aren't really needed here, as you have already been informed what the issue is.

They still have ways of coding around bugs in the client so their addon does not trigger a #132 error.

And given AtlasLoot was causing people to crash with a #132 error just before Cata come out and they fixed it a day later it's apparently not that hard.

Lua as language is SPECIFICALLY designed to NOT cause this kind of issues.
What is NOT clear for you in that statement?
The Language maybe designed that way but it's up to Blizzard to implement it in their ciient.

In a "perfect world" this would mean that no addon can make the wow client crash.

But we all know that we are not living in a perfect world and that Blizzard have bugs in their wow client.

If an addon happens to trigger an execution path that leads to a crash then it's the addon making the wow client to crash.

Remove the addon and the client doesn't crash. Unfortunately given the timing Blizzard have on updating it's implementation of Lua and their API it's quicker to get an addon author to code around whatever bug it's encountering that causes that addon to make the wow client crash.

Those who removed HealBot from their addons folder stopped their crashes. When they put HealBot back in they started crashing.

They spent an entire afternoon troubleshooting this and these are the results.

You can argue that _technically_ addon's shouldn't cause the wow client to crash but the results speak for themselves.
