Perry Party Frame Fix

Puts the party frames supplied by blizzard back on your screen when you are in a raid, arena or BG.

Simple crappy addon. Part of script from AJ addon section to make it nicer, thanks to them to make it less chitty since my orignal script had faults.

1.1- updated and fixed a few bugs, should run with less hiccups.
