TradeskillLink

Still working 2 years later without a single update. Awesome. It appears after a couple hours sifting through tradeskill mods, that this is one of only 2 performing this function that still work correctly. Thanks Satrina.

Another suggestion I have for this mod would be as follows.

I can shift-click the link in the tradeskill window currently to output the text including the link, but i would also like to:

Create a macro in a format something like "/tsl GUILD alc,lea

where "/tsl" is the bit that initiates the mod, "GUILD" the channel to send to, and "alc,lea" the tradeskills i'd want to link. Perhaps that could be simplified with a basic GUI with your listed professions shown, tickbox for each (the ones you want linked) a dropdown for channel (guild,say,yell,raid,raidwarning, etc..) with a simple macro to output those options in the format of "/tsl link" or something. I guess that is a totally seperate functionality from what it currently does, but i got the idea after seeing the shift-click function from within the tradeskill window.

such a feature would answer my frustrations at seeing guild chat "can someone link thier enchanting plz" spam so i can just spam a macro and it outputs the link into that channel

An interesting idea, this add-on. Much more flexible than some of the other whisper/reply add-ons I've seen out there. It puts the search power in the hands of those that seek the info! Or rather I should say it lets the seeker browse information more freely than with the standard whispered replies.

I would like to suggest a new feature: A "!skill" (also !skills, !skillz, !trade etc) command for replying with one's currently known trade skills (linked) as well as one's current level of skill.

For example, "[Leatherworking] at 288/300 (450 max)"

Or, "[Leatherworking] at 450/450 (450 max)"

The "max" listed could be dependent upon whether one has the appropriate expansion packs installed/registered or not.
