Plaguechill's Siphon Life Updater

A custom mod for 25-man Heroic Lich King, written in-house for Plaguechill of Khadgar.

We wanted a way to track real-time Siphon Life spreads, for use in chain-taunting. PCSiphonLife will display a dialog upon Val'kyr ascending in HLK Phase 2 showing who is the current target of a Siphon Life attack, and how many Val'kyr are targeting them.

Using this information, our Ret Paladins and Prot Paladins can coalesce targets using RD without having to get call-outs from our healers.
