Overview
Bagnon is a highly customizable bag replacement addon designed to help the player find items as quickly and as easily as possible. Beyond the basic all-bags-in-one functionality, Bagnon provides features such as:

Ability to view the items of any character, from anywhere *
Inventory, bank, vault and guild bank support
Coloring based on item quality and more
Intelligent item search engine
Tooltip item counts
Item rulesets
Databroker support

I try to avoid adding too many color borders. The more borders there are, the less useful they become. You should be able to find boe items by typing boe as a search string, though.

When I hovered over one on the AH it said that I had a specific number in my bank, but they were nowhere to be found. Even using the search feature of Bagnon would only come up with "motes of fire" and "primal fires". I opened a ticket yesterday and a GM said that it must be an issue with my UI. I deleted my previous version of Bagnon and d/l and installed a new copy only to still have the missing items. I turned Bagnon off and I could see them. I thought that maybe it would work now, so I logged out then back in..still nothing. Any ideas?

Mainly I want to reserve two slots for weapons only. That way I always know where to find them in my bag if I switch between weapons or talent specs. I know this is pretty trivial but it would just be a convenience feature. It would be neat also if you could always specify certain slots for food / drink / supplies / etc so they don't need to be moved after purchase.

I do have exactly the same issues. Both with Bagnon and Combuctor. I tried deleting all the old Saved Variables for Bagnon before and then reinstalled the addons. My wife - who wasn't updating addons as regular as I do - didn't have the issues first, but after upgrading she had the same issues.

I'll go and try a previous version of Bagnon and if that doesn't help try and identify a conflicting addon.

Okay, found the issue. For me, it was related to the addon configuration of "Junkyard". I have un-ticked all the boxes under it's configuration tab "Bags", which basically says it should leave all the bag opening logic as is (or controlled by other addons). That solved the problem for me.
