Creates a draggable frame displaying the active character's remaining* money, as seen in the first screenshot.
This frame is dragable and clamped to the screen so it cannot be dragged outside.
*Remaining money is calculated by the total minus the amount in trade screens or held on the cursor.
When money is in a trade screen or held on the cursor, an additional 'barter' frame will appear showing how much money is being handled.
If you are holding 15g on the mouse, the barter frame will display 15g 00s 00c, as seen in the second screen shot.
If you are trading 10g to another player, the barter frame will display 10g 00s 00c.
If you are holding 15g on the mouse and trading 10g to another player, the barter frame will display 25g 00s 00c.
When the barter frame is visible and moused over, a tooltip will appear describing the calculations in determining the remaining money from the total, as seen in the second screen shot.
