Fixed some bugs, especially a the bug resetting the broker feed when PvPing.

Added the original Blizzard pvp minimap icon tooltip, which displays waiting time etc.
Improved the behaviour when hovering iWait on your LDB display. On hovering, iWait displays the Blizzard tooltip. On right clicking and showing the Blizzard Dropdownlist, the tooltip will fade as long as the Dropdownlist is shown.
I did this to prevent iWait displaying tooltip and dropdown simultaneously.

Hiding minimap icons is still disabled. It will come back as an config setting.
Left and Right clicking should now work correctly. If there are still issues, please tell me.
Opening the LFR frame is now ALT+Left click!
Clean up of the code - much booleans are gone. Using new intern data structure.

Hiding minimap icons disabled. There are some circumstances in which iWait cannot replace the original icons. I will work on it!
