I just wanted to post, since you haven't gotten any comments.

I love this addon, for both tanking and (prot) pvp. I'm sure it would work well for arms pvp too.

When tanking, this addon has helped me figure out what spells are reflectable on new content, which is great for dealing with difficult trash like you find in the Blood Wing.

In PVP, it helps me anticipate when to pop cooldowns. For example if I pop Reflect against a lock's Chaos Bolt, and his felhound uses Devour Magic and that uses up the Reflect charge, I know to hit Shield Wall.

Something I noticed is that it also gives a reflect message when you reflect a spell via another warrior's Improved Spell Reflect. This is neither bad nor particularly good, I just found it interesting.
