ChatRoll

ChatRoll places all your whispers and other messages into Mik's Scrolling Combat Text (MSBT) so you can keep your eyes on the center of the screen.
You will need to have MSBT installed to make this addon work!
V0.9.0 uses a new settings file, so your old settings won't be saved

Currently supports:

• Whispers
• RealID Whispers
• Party
• Guild Chat
• Officer Chat
• Raid Leader Chat
• Raid Chat

All warnings are toggleable and have 2 styles. You can use the following commands to customize ChatRoll:

/chatroll <arguments>
/cr <arguments>

All arguments are followed by on or off unless specified.
eg: /cr bn on, turns on battlenet whisper display

Arguments:

• Supported channel settings
  • w|whisper
  • bn|bnet
  • p|party
  • ra|raid
  • rl|raidleader
  • g|guild
  • o|officer
• area <name>: change the area where your message will be displayed. The area name is case sensitive and when the area cannot be found, the default (notification) will be used
• sticky: Toggle whether the sticky style should be used or not (like how MSBT displayscrits)
• debug: Toggle various debug stuff (eg. do show your own messages), not documented in the in game help, setting is not saved.

Further customization can be achieved by editing the chatroll.lua file. You can modify the colors of the warnings in the Colors table. Do note that a UI reload is required
The font choice and configuration of the scroll areas are done using the MSBT options screen (/msbt)

Future features:

• Chat Channels (with optional Join/Leave message)
• Only show a warning when your characters name has been said
• Set a short name (admit it, no one uses more then 3 letters of your name anyway )
• Per chattype scrollareas (for example, guild in notification, raid leader in static)

Some parts of these features are already implemented, but not enough to make them active. Stay tuned for updates!
