what for?
-announce in appropriate chat active and fading barkskin, sInstincts, fRegen, 4T10 bonus
-announce active mass taunt and announce taunt resists/misses
-announce sucessful spell breaks (1 min cd, but who cares?)
-whispers to manasponges (aka holy pallys) that they've got their innervate

why this addon?
7kb-weight sweety with lua adjust only
works with any locale
