Shield of the Righteous Sound Replacer

For an ability that you spam fairly often in hectic situations, I always thought the sound for Shield of the Righteous was a bit too loud with the squeaky metal and lingered too long. So I've made a replacement sound that ought to reduce the cacophony while tanking.

To install, simply extract the sound folder to your World of Warcraft root folder.
