Broker: Guild MOTD

Simply a broker addon to provide MOTD information.

In case that MOTD is too long to view in Guild frame, this addon might help.

Source code is obviously modified from p3lim's broker_wintergrasp.

Any comment is welcome, though I may not have time to modify it.


New feature!!!
Now list all the rank name of the player's guild. It does not seem to make much sense, so this feature might be removed afterward...
