Also, when completing random dungeons, the message for that appears over the top of the loot box.

Weird. I will look into it. Blizzard may have changed some anchoring.

I suddenly found it in a crazy place and macaroon wasn't in control of it! Glad I found this, it'd have driven me crazy trying to figure out what was going on.

The loot window shows up fine in my primary spec (you can see it when configuring everything as well). However, when I switch to my secondary spec (which loads in another profile) the window is gone. I'm not sure if it's off of the screen or just not there anymore and I have no idea how to correct this. Can a window's position be reset somehow? Can a new window be created perhaps? However in dungeons they just do not appear when bosses are looted (or greens drop for that matter). I'll see if I can test without any other addons.

Same problem here. I can see 1 roll button, but not all 4. Tested it on icc yesterday, always 1 drop (no matter if blue/green or epic).

The addon was just re-named and a new "button" was added for the dungeon completion frame. Something may have changed on Blizzard's side that I did not take into account. works fine for me in low level dungeons at least an as far as I know in lvl 80 dungeons as well. haven't been able to come across raids yet though.
