Killing Blows Enhanced
!!! DISCLAIMER - All credit goes to Macca for making the base for this addon !!!
This is an enhanced version of Macca's Killing Blow addon, this comes with added raidwarning style messages, an extra enabled sound, a highscore for killing streaks, a lifetime killing blows tracker and additionally it resets killing streaks when you die. It also features an ability to reset your highscore & lifetime killing blows counter if you wish to do so!
Syntax is /killblow (toggle | highscore | lifetime | reset)

Expect a 1.3 version tommorow with requested features
wont promise anything but should be able to have it ready by then  Thanks for the feedback by the way, appreciated! my first addon ever >.< Actually, now that i've reconsidered it, i'll scrap most of the changes since alot of them were merely implemented for me to learn addon programming, 1.4 will be a compelte rewrite that should be alot less memory consuming, alot less messed up and in general work better. Sorry for the delay, doing a complete rewrite currently, should be ready in 2-3 days and be alot more customizeable

Couple more feature requests while I'm thinking about it
 How about the option to disable the sound notification. There are times when I'm pvp'ing by myself and I don't need to hear the notification or whatnot. In general I do like the sounds though, brings me back to the good ol UT days Also how about when it prints out your killing blows in chat, that it colors the names of the people you kill via class. I was using KBAnnounce before I found this addon, and it printed out class colors in chat when it announces your killing blows, so I know it's at least possible to do so. Keep up the great work, and thanks again! |

haha you know what? as it happens that feature have been annoying me aswell since i made it :P so comes 1.3 i'll add a feature to disable it!
would anyone be interested in a difficulty sort of option? seeing how i pvp alot myself i'm finding it increasingly easier to hit godlike streaks so i've considered to add difficulties that'll decrease the time you have between kills to maintain a streak. Might also add an option to swap font if anyone would be interested?as a quick fix you can open up the KillingBlowsEnhanced.toc file and delete the line "minimap.lua" should remove it.

How about an option to disable the minimap icon? I know that feature was just added but personally I don't need a minimap icon because I already have too many icons cluttering up the minimap the way it is
