Shows change in cash after each vendor session. This works for:

Regular Vendors
Trainers
Auction House
Mailbox (New in v.1.1.0.0)

I made this because I couldn't find a stand-alone AddOn that did just this. Thanks goes to Tekkub as I used a few of his AddOns as references while refreshing myself on AddOn coding as well as his method for pretty-printing money values.

Added support for tracking money changed at the Mailbox
Removed leading zeroes from money display format codes
