Mists of Pandaria Notice
The official 5.0 release will be ready in a couple of weeks time for general testing. Until then an unofficial patch is available here.
Credits
Sinsthar (base & original concept) - Garstiger (continued) - Dridtz (continued) - Smacker & Meorawr (continued)
Background
Designed to give visual or audible cues to the user in response to in-game events, such as gaining buffs or debuffs. Types of cues range from simple texture displays to stack counters, timers to timer bars, and are fully user-configurable. Can be animated or have sounds attached as well.
How to Use
Tutorials will be written and linked here soon, stay tuned!
Reporting Issues
Go to the CurseForge site and Submit a Ticket. Please do not suggest features via the ticket system, and instead use our UserVoice forum.
If you do submit a ticket, we will reply if more information is requested. If no additional information is given in response, we will mark the ticket as Invalid. Feature suggestions are immediately marked invalid.
Feature Requests
There is a UserVoice forum for adding and discussing new features. Submit all feature requests here, but please do not duplicate requests. Duplicates will be exterminated. Painfully.

I only have 1 small complaint about this godly addon.
In some encounters depending on the background colours and boss effects I sometimes find it very hard to see the timers. The timers have a glow and are a bit transparent. Would it be possible to have a option to make the timers more concrete, or have an option to uncheck the glow effect like the auras themselves? |

Just downloaded Power Auras as it looks just the thing for alerting Eclipse procs. I was able to set up a working alert for Nature's Grace but am having no luck with Eclipse.
I used the following set up suggested on EU forums but using the IDs alone seem to not complete the set up aura. The buttons for the two respective auras don't save and disapear when I close Power Auras. They stay if I enter the name 'Eclipse' but then they don't differentiate the two procs. I'm not sure how else I can make a separate aura for each of the two eclipse procs. All tips/help gratefully accepted. -------- Ingame: /powa Setup an animation for either Eclipse proc. Here are the ID numbers for the two procs: Wrath damage increase = 48517 Starfire crit increase = 48518 Input those in "Aura ID's" (the box to the right of the "Exact name" checkbox and voila, you're done. Now make sure the animation for each is different, so you know which one procs. --------

Savage Roar not functioning properly?
Hey, I'm looking for some help. This addon is AWESOME, but the main reason I downloaded it was to track the uptime of the buff 'savage roar' (cat druid self-cast buff), I've tried everything and I can't make it work, even though a handful of other buffs work like a charm. Could anyone help me with this? Thanks.

WTF is wrong?
Hey. I am using PAC since a good time now (great job btw), but now i wanted to set up couple things for my priest, but i get alot of issues.
1) It doesnt want to track if Holy Fire is on cooldown or not 2) It doesnt want to track if I am buffed with Inner Fire or not My setting for Holy Fire are: Action Usable, Only if in combat My setting for Inner Fire are: Buff, Only if in combat, Casted by me What is weird is that i have many other stuff with same setting and they work just fine. EDIT: Ok, found what were the problems. My Holy Fire was into a castsequence macro and if it was not the spell actualy showing up on bar, it would not work (would be nice if PAC was tracking spell from the spellbook instead the spellbar) For Inner Fire, i had it set to Stack <5, but it doesnt track it if the buff is not there. Would be nice if < would also include 0.

- Feature: Option to only test buffs/debuffs cast by the player.
- Feature: Unlimited timers. (1 per aura instead of 5 total) - Feature: Dynamic texture update when multiple names and 'own texture' checked. This mod is a life saver, I love these new features in the latest version. The 1st one is especially awesome for DK's because our strikes are only increased by our OWN diseases. Thanks!

strange timer bug
I have a timer on an Ability Usable power so it simply counts down the cooldown time on the power until it is ready to be used again. The first time after I use the power, and thus trigger the timer, I found a bug. The timer will appear briefly every time I trigger a global cooldown, counting down from 1 second and then disappearing. This only happens after I have used it once, and the timer behaves this way whether I have Global Cooldown checked or not.

Buff Expiration Notice
I'm uncertain if this has been asked but I would love Powa to have a timer setting to let me know in advance when a buff is about to expire. This reminder would help me reapply more effectively. Anyone know if this is remotely possible? Thanks for any help you can provide.

DK pet issue
I'm having problems trying to get a symbol to display when my unholy Death Knight's pet ghoul is below a certain amount of health. I've tried using the Unitname "playerpet", but that doesn't seem to work.
Any advice? |

Okay, not sure if I can do this with this addon, but it is darn close to what I need. I am a feral druid, and I want some auras to appear if I'm in cat form, and other ones to appear if I'm in bear form. For example, I want to show an aura if I'm in cat form AND I don't have the Savage Roar buff. I can't seem to get this to work. Can someone give me an example of how to set this up, if it is indeed possible?
Thanks, ~ Kryn |
