Hi!
I like the addon, Its working great, but I have a cosmetic question:
Are the a way I can change the color of the bars? I dont like the green you are using, and the only way I found is the "color bars in classcolor"-option, and classcolors are really ugly to..
I dont meen the "dispel magic/poison/etc"-colors, I meen the standard green hp-bars

This addon Rocks... I love it. I play by it.. It Heals, Dispells, Nice..

* Is it possible to make a difference in the shading of the bars to indicate when someone is out of range vs. Just don't need healing?

* In an older version. I used to be able to heal my target by enabling the target. Then when i clicked their bar it would heal them, even if they were not in my group. However, now i cannot heal anyone except people in my party or raid. I have to keep healing icons on my desk top so i can click them when i target someone. Is there something I did wrong?

And this one is probably a stretch... but since i'm beggin.
* is it possible .. is there a way to tell by maybe moving a dot around the outside of the persons box, which direction they are away so when you know they need healing and they are out of range.., you can actually find them. I usually look at my mini map and mouse around to figure out where they are.

To fix this you can edit line 1898 in HealBot.lua and change it to:

I would actually probably recommend even changing it to:
if x+y+z>0 and uClass and (UnitInParty(uName) or UnitInRaid(uName)) then

This will prevent it from eventually creating an enormous table of everyone's name and spec who you have targeted and instead only add the people who are actually in your party or raid.

I'm a big healbot fan, thanks for making this.

One thing I would LOVE to see is a new option in the "Lock Anchor" dropdown:
"Lock Midpoint"

I like to have healbot in the center of my screen, and I like to use healbot for various group sizes (5 man up to 40 man BG). If I lock healbot in any one of the corners, then the anchoring option doesn't really help me any, because when my healbot resizes itself, it's not centered.

What I'm proposing is that "Lock middle" finds the x-axis (not Y axis) midpoint of the healbot window, and locks against that. That way when I run a 5 man, or a 40 man BG or a 10 man raid, healbot is always exactly where I want it to be.

Like many others I find Healbot to be a remarkable addon, and I'd like to thank you both for making it available and for supporting it so actively.

I would, however, like to renew one feature request. I use different macros and gearsets contextually and change fairly them often during the course of a raid. This isn't a change in the underlying spellcast, so for example a left click might cast a flash heal irrespective of the circumstances. But what happens together with that cast, by means of the macro, certainly would change in important ways. As HB is presently configured (let me know if I'm missing something), the only way to effect a change in the relevant left key macro would be to manually retype the name of a different macro in that field. To retype them for all of the spells I have slotted on all of the occaisions I change them would be impractical, and because the macro changes have important effects, this has led me to use other solutions rather than HB.

So what I'd like to request is a profiles feature. With that, one click and I could switch the macros across all of the slots to fit the relevant circumstances. I suspect this would be useful for others as well, and for the same reason.

Need to know what debuffs. Eg a rogue attacks someone, there are 2 poisons most of the time. Or a warlock places Unstable affliction oO.

I play on a German Realm

I am having the same problem and can't figure out how to get it to stop.
It whispers me on every heal.

Very annoying.
How do I turn this "feature" off?
