I can't seem to reproduce this bug in chocolatebar. I've tried every combination of spec switching with and without glyphs, destroying glyphs, etc. and the ankh count is updating just fine for me.

There may be a conflict with another AddOn, try running with no AddOns but LDB_AnkhTimer and see if you get the same bug.
