This is a compilation based on Sylvermanes original UI - tweaked abit for WOTLK and with a few additions that I use. So its thanks to him for the original

The concept is that the majority of the stuff going on should be in the bottom bar but not so much thats the only place your eyeballs rest on, my aim is to reduce the amount of screen clutter but have a UI that is useful for questing, raiding and PVP'ing.

This UI is setup for 1680 x 1080 Widescreen.

Setup

Rename old Interface and WTF folders (incase you don't wish to keep this UI)

Copy the interface and WTF folder from Bluesky zip folder

Open WTF folder in WOW directory, open account and rename account name with capitals i.e BLOODTHANE

Rename server name to your server name ie Silvermoon

Rename Character - copy folder for all characters

Open WOW tick the load out of date addons if its not ticked already

Untick Pally Power if your not a paladin and Healbot if not a healer

Log in and :

For Blue Skin type : /reflux switch bluesky
For Grey Skin type : /reflux switch stormysky
For Red Skin type : /reflux switch redsky

Broker Talent Switch - This is a very simple addon which provides a simple and easy way to switch between Primary and Secondary Talent specs.
Broker UClock - Broker uClock is the spiritual successor to my old FuBar uClock (which itself was a re-write of FuBar ClockFu), re-written using Ace-3.0 and LibDataBroker-1.1 for maximum efficiency

Dominos - 10 action bars, pet, class, menu, and bag bars. Each one has customizable settings for padding, spacing, columns, scale, and opacity.

Fishermans Friend - FishermansFriend is a fishing helper addon.

Pitbull 4 - PitBull4 is a continuation of PitBull. It is currently experimental.

Quartz - Quartz is a modular approach to a casting bar addon
Quest Helper - QuestHelper tells you how to finish your quests in the easiest, fastest manner. It includes a database of quests, monsters, and items.
Recount - Recount is a graphical damage meter written by Cryect.
Reflux - Reflux is a small lightweight profile manager.
Satrina Buff Frame - A replacement for the UI buff frame. If you can imagine it, you can probably make SBF look like that.
Shared Media - Inserts media(fonts, bars, borders, etc) into LibSharedMedia's storage. They can then be selected by any addon that supports LibSharedMedia, a lot of them do
Skinner - Skinner changes the look of the default UI
Squeenix - Squeenix is a square minimap addon, with a few extras
Steal Your Carbon - StealYourCarbon is a simple reagent restocker addon. When you visit a vendor who sells an item you have told SYC to buy, it buys it for you.
tekability - tekability is a simple durability frame based off Fizzle It simply adds a percent to the equipment icons in the char panel.
tekJunkSeller -tekJunkSeller is a simple addon that automatically sells all your grey items when you visit a vendor.
tekKompare - Replacement for EquipCompare and similar addons. It's super-small.
TipTac - An Advanced Tooltip Addon
Vendor Bait - When turning in a quest which gives a "select your reward" section, the item with the highest value is highlighted.
VertiBroker_Bags - VertiBroker_Bags is a simple LibDataBroker plugin which will show your taken bag slots and total bag slots.
VertiBroker_Money - VertiBroker_Money is a simple LibDataBroker plugin which will show your current gold/silver/copper.
