Yet another custom layout for oUF 1.6.xx by Haste. You need to download oUF HERE before this addon will work.

1. Prior to any error report, check that you are running the latest version of the layout, oUF and the plugins.
2. Error reports will be considered IF it's for an unmodified version of the layout.

I just tried your layout but the castbar doesn't seem to work... all I see is the Blizzard one. Does something need to be changed in order to make this work? It looks really nice otherwise and I've been looking for something with a pet and focus target frames.

I believe you need to download the third-party oUF_CastBar plugin to get cast bar functionality, just as you'd need oUF_Banzai for aggro indicators, or oUF_PowerSpark for the energy ticker / FSR ticker.

Actually yes, i personally disabled the icons on the castbar so there are two solutions:

* To enable the icons open the layout and remove the "--" in front of lines 386 to 391

*To have it working the way i use it, without icon you must then open oUF_Castbar and put a remark in front of all the lines with icon in them.
do a search for icon and add "--" for example.
Also remove " or not object.Castbar.icon" from line 248.


That's all i can think so that would prevent it from working, make sure you have oUF_Castbar installed but i guess you do

Edit: Anyway you're right, i will enable the icons by default, i can just disable them locally.

Castbars are working great now thanks! I noticed that there are buffs on the player frame but I normally have buffs beside the minimap and skinned with buttonfacade... is there a simple way to turn off buffs and debuffs on the player frame?

I just noticed that your raid frames layout is pointing to fonts that may not exist for all users if they don't have the font loaded in sharedmedia. A suggestion would be to package the fonts with your other layout media files.

local fontnormal = "Interface\\AddOns\\SharedMedia\\MyMedia files\\Russel Square LT.ttf"

Edit: Noticed that you did include the files in your media folder so I think this just needs to be changed to:

What skeat12 posted was the debugstack. In other words: The path the code took before it got the error.

oUF-$Id$\elements\health.lua:44: in function `UNIT_HEALTH'
The above line referrers to where oUF calls your OverrideUpdateHealth function.
Your function was executed from line 44, in the function UNIT_HEALTH in elements\health.lua, in the oUF core.

Debugstacks are your friend really, as it makes you able to track down errors without being able to reproduce them. You can also see if the error originated in another add-on from those. The five lines posted are in other words, one error .

I wasn't running LibBanzai the past few days, just reinstalled oUF_Banzai, no errors so far.

Not sure if this was intentional but as of 0.4, I had to go back and "unremark" the lines to enable the castbars. No biggie for sure but thought you might want to change it back.

Just wondering what you use to hide the default Blizzard buffs... I'm considering trying to use your buffs instead of the Blizz ones. I wonder if there's code that could just be added to your layout for this purpose... maybe with a comment to let users know what the code does.

Then you just add the following lines to any addon or to the layout

Edit: I didn't add it directly to the layout, mainly because i use another addon with all sort of small tweaks including this one.
